Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS:

All jewelry & accessories (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, scarves, hats, and belts) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

All unworn merchandise can be returned within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us for a store credit. If your order is returned past the 20 day limit your order will be sent back and no credit will be given.

Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Items returned with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any similar stain will be sent back to you and you will not receive credit. 

SALE items are final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping fees on orders will not be refunded. 

Shipping fees for all returns are paid for by the buyer, unless the product was sent damaged or incorrect. If product was sent to you damaged or incorrect Jamie Lee Boutique will send you a paid return label. 

If you receive product that is damaged, or not correct, please email us at sales@jamieleeboutique.com, we are more than happy to resolve this issue for you.

Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Pack up your items. MAKE SURE your ORDER NUMBER and NAME (as it appears on your order) is written somewhere on the package. Once you have done this, please ship items back to the address below. We will notify you via email of your online credit once we've received and processed the returned item. 

If you chose the "check out as guest" option, and did not create an account, please email us (sales@jamieleeboutique.com). We will set one up for you.

 

 EXCHANGES:

Please note that due to our limited quantities on our unique styles, we cannot guarantee an exchange, however you may receive store credit to purchase another adorable style! Graphic tees & sweatshirts will always be available unless we discontinue a style.

  HOW TO EXCHANGE:

If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once you have done this, please ship items back to the address below. We will notify you via email of your online credit once we've received and processed the returned item. You make your exchange by repurchasing the item with your store credit.

If you chose the "check out as guest" option, and did not create an account, please email us (sales@jamieleeboutique.com). We will set one up for you.

 

To reserve an item quickly before it sells out, you can send us the tracking number for the item(s) you are shipping back. Once we see that the item is in transit to us, we will make your credit available right away so you can make your exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will ship your new item(s) to you.
