 Returns

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item sent to you is not what you ordered or damaged. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing a size you can refer to our detailed size chart or contact sales@jamieleeboutique.com for further assistance.

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect please email sales@jamieleeboutique.com with your order number and photo of damage within 7 days of receiving your package. Without your order number we are unable to process your damage report. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. Once we receive your information we will process the damage report and ship you the correct item as soon as possible.

 

Processing

Our shirts are locally made with love. Your order might take up to 10-12 days to process and ship. 

 

Shipping

We ship via USPS. When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

There could be delays due to holidays and weather that are beyond our control.

We ARE NOT responsible for packages once they are in the USPS system. We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address. If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address shipping charges do apply to ship your order again.

If your tracking number shows that your package has been "delivered", and you did not receive it please review the following helpful information:

1. Check with neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by mistake.

2. Contact your local post office to let them know you never received your package.

3. If you still have not located your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on the following link... https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
