FAQ

When will my order ship? Your order can take up to 10-12 business days to process. Once your order ships you will receive it within 3-5 business days. 

 

My tracking number shows that my package has been delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you did not receive your package. Check with your neighbors to make sure they did not receive your package by mistake. You can also file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

 

How do I return or exchange an item? We do not process returns or exchanges. We have a terms and conditions box at checkout that customers have to read and agree to before completing the checkout process. We put this in place so that customers are aware of our policy before they place an order. If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect please email sales@jamieleeboutique with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will process the damage report as soon as possible, and ship you the correct items.

 

Do you carry plus sizes? We do not carry plus sizes at this time. Our tees and sweatshirts are unisex giving them a little extra room compared to regular women sizing. Please refer to our size chart for details.
